ăONE-CLICK AD BLOCKINGăWith a single click, enable network-wide ad blocking, which not only blocks ads in browsers but also in apps. When needed, each user can pause ad-blocking on their device without logging into the router.
ăVLAN NETWORK ISOLATIONăThis router features 5 preset VLANs, allowing for straightforward separation of your home network to enhance security. IoT devices with security vulnerabilities can operate within their dedicated network, as can guest devices. If youâre telecommuting, connect your work equipment to a separate isolated network as well. For wired devices, just designate an Ethernet port to a specific VLAN. For wireless devices, link an SSID to a VLAN. Each band can support up to 4 distinct WiFi SSIDs.
ăFLEXIBLE DNS CONFIGSăEncrypt DNS with DNS over HTTPS. The router comes with preconfigured settings for OpenDNS, Quad9, CleanBrowsing, AdGuard, Google and Cloudflare. It also allows you to add your own DNS configurations. And you can choose different DNS services/configurations for different devices.
ăPARENTAL CONTROL THAT WORKSăParental control is never a one-size-fits-all solution. There's no such thing as "it just works". Every family has different criteria and requirements. As such, the router provides you maximum flexibility in configuring parental controls. You can configure bulk filtering with trusted services such as OpenDNS, CleanBrowsing, Cloudflare etc. Augment that with local block/allow lists, domain specific time schedules etc. And, as may be required for older kids, enable builtin defense against various bypassing techniques.
ăBULTIN VPN CLIENT AND SERVERăFor maximum compatibility with your VPN services, the router supports three VPN protocols: OpenVPN, IPsec and WireGuard. And you can have some VLANs go through a VPN connection, while leaving other VLANs on your ISP connection. A device can connect to a VPN or disconnect from it by switching the VLAN it connects to. For wireless connections, this means you simply connect to a different SSID.
ăNETWORK MONITORINGăMonitor all activities on your network. See which domains, IP addresses, protocols and ports are accessed by which devices. See how much bandwidth is consumed by each device and to what servers.
